Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your doll to be happy, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 90 days of the ship date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth processing of your request.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original American Girl packaging and include the printed return packing slip inside the box to help us identify your order.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
